Thiago founded DaVinci Development and has run it for U.S. clients for years, building the engineering network in India that the firm delivers through today. He opened DaVinci Development AI as the Brazilian arm to meet a specific wave of demand: enterprises committing real budget to AI programs and finding that nobody on the bid list has actually operated one.
He is not a consultant who advises on operations. He owns operating companies, and the software he ships runs them.
Alongside the firm, Thiago holds ownership positions across a portfolio of companies in logistics, fleet services and automotive retail — a last-mile delivery operation contracted to one of the world's largest e-commerce networks, a mobile fleet maintenance business, and an authorized service center for a major American EV manufacturer. He also holds a stake in an enterprise lead generation platform serving the North American home services market.
He does not sit in day-to-day operations at any of them. Each is run by its own management team against systems he commissioned — which is the whole point. The pattern across the portfolio is the same one he brings to client work: build the operating business, then build the software that makes it run without you in the room.
At DaVinci, Thiago sets client strategy, commercial structure and product direction, and personally sponsors every engagement the principals lead.
